혹시 현재 사용하시는 갤럭시 테마 앱의 버전이 5.3.02.5이실까요? (앱 버전 확인 방법 : Galaxy Themes > 하단 메뉴 > 오른쪽 상단 톱니바퀴 > Galaxy Themes 정보) 현재 일부 단말에서 U OS(14버전) 업데이트 후, 갤럭시 테마 5.3.02.5 앱 버전에서 테마 컨텐츠가 정상적으로 업데이트 완료되지 않는 이슈를 확인하였습니다. 해당 문제는 12월 Galaxy Themes 앱 정기 업데이트를 통해 수정될 예정입니다만, 수정 전까지는 우선 업데이트 문제 발생 시점 기준 약 24시간 이후 테마 컨텐츠 업데이트를 재시도 해 보시기 바랍니다. 만일 Galaxy Themes 앱 버전이 상기 버전이 아닌데도 동일한 문제가 있다면, 문제가 발생하는 테마의 정확한 이름과 스크린 샷 및 단말 로그를 첨부해서 고객센터로 문의 주시면 확인 후 답변 드리도록 하겠습니다. - 고객센터 : Galaxy Themes > 하단 메뉴 > 오른쪽 상단 톱니바퀴 > 문의하기 > 오류 보내기
Is your current version of the Galaxy Themes app 5.3.02.5? (To check the app version: Galaxy Themes > bottom menu > top right cog > About Galaxy Themes) Currently, we have confirmed an issue where theme content does not update normally on Galaxy Themes 5.3.02.5 app version after updating to U OS (version 14) on some devices. This issue will be fixed in the December Galaxy Themes app update, but until then, please try to retry updating your theme content after about 24 hours from the time of the update issue.
